- Lunch is not included. We serve hot drinks only, and the cruise is 4 hours, so bring food, especially for children.
- The water can be rough, most often on the way back. Some guests get seasick.
- The small-boat harbor is a 12-minute walk from the cruise ship dock. With a stroller or slower walkers, allow more time.
- We run in rain. The outside deck is cold and windy, so bring a real rain jacket and layers.
- Fog can hide the glacier.
- Wildlife sightings change from trip to trip. We cannot promise any animal, including whales.
- The minimum age is 4 years.
- If you booked through another company, meet us at the small-boat harbor. If two messages disagree, call the office before you set out.
